Stuff you should know...

Ballacraine is attached to a village shop. This may mean it is not the right location for some guests. Deliveries to the shop may start early in the morning. Unless you are an early-riser, you may be woken some mornings during your stay. The bedroom at the back is a quieter location. Generally our feedback from guests is that the plusses of the property make up for this minus, but please consider your personal preferences and get in touch if you have questions.

Ballacraine has a curving staircase. It's beautiful, but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or very small children. There are also steps down into one of the bedrooms. We also have a low hob (cook top) and gas fires that aren't very child-friendly - but there's central heating so you don't actually need the fires.  Please supply your own high chair and travel cot. We do supply hair dryers!

Parking and outdoor areas are shared between the two properties. The lane is narrow and the entrance is challenging for large vehicles - try reversing in or parking at St. Kessog's Square at our front door.

Our dog has never been in the bedrooms. We've promised him yours won't be either. See Terms and Conditions before  booking for your best friend.

There is absolutely positively no smoking inside either property.

Sleeps 6 in 3 private bedrooms plus 2 more in the games room.  The master bedroom's superking bed is big enough to have its own post code. It also splits into 2 comfortable singles. With a spacious dining/kitchen plus two sitting rooms with FreeSat TV, there's lots of room for several families or generations.

There's a separate bath and shower in the family bathroom plus an extra 'loo' on the ground floor. Dishwasher, freezer, washer and dryer, WiFi - all that good stuff too.
